Contemporary Stainless Solutions was thrilled to be part of the Emerald Close, Caves Beach renovation project.

Our team was tasked with providing new balustrades to all outside verandas and deck areas. For the top and bottom verandas, we installed frameless 12mm toughened glass balustrades with matte black fittings that seamlessly blended with the black features of the house. They have allowed the owners and their guests to enjoy uninterrupted views of the stunning beach pictured. 

We also custom-made handrail brackets to work with existing sandstone block columns. To create more space on the rear deck, we installed 50mm mirror finish stainless steel and wire balustrades, side-fixed into the timber edge.

Our team worked closely with the client to ensure that all specifications were met, and that the finished product was not only functional but also aesthetically pleasing. The finished works have beautifully complemented the renovation, providing a sleek and modern look to the outdoor areas. We always love seeing our clients’ vision come to life.
