Shortland Esplanade – Ponman Constructions

. If there’s one thing we love about residential projects, it’s the endless opportunities to make timeless finishing touches to any corner of the home.

Contemporary Stainless recently completed a project with Ponman Constructions at this stunning Shortland Esplanade home. Included in the scope of works were a range of both internal and exterior custom stainless and brass installations.

Inside this fresh, modern home, our team installed custom, pin-fixed glass walls to the existing staircase. We used brass standoff fittings to connect our 38mm bronze powder coat handrails, which truly elevated the float-like style of the staircase feature.

Finishing off the interior works, we manufactured custom tile insert brass grates and glass shower screens into the bathrooms of the home. We are thrilled with how these small touches have livened up each space.

Moving outside and around the property, Contemporary Stainless contributed to the overall aesthetic of the home with the installation of custom-designed aluminium screens, gates, fences and powder coated monument.

Additionally, we fabricated custom, stainless steel wedge wire grates to both the driveway and verandas. Rounding the whole project off, CSS installed pin-fixed SPG glass panels to the top veranda, which meant no top rails were required. Thus, no obstruction of those remarkable beach views.

This residential project offered plenty of variety and many elements to our component of the work. Overall, CSS were delighted to be a part of this project, in a beautiful location with the Ponman Constructions team.
